CLASSES
Please bring your own detailing pens, adhesives, scissors, paper trimmers, inks, chalks, eyelet tools, and additional tools as noted with individual class descriptions. If you do not have any of the supplies needed for class or forget to bring them, we will be happy to assist you in purchasing them at the time of class Classes range in levels of difficulty. Because of this, depending on the individual, you may or may not be able to complete the project during class time. Detailed instructions and color copies will be provided to assist you in finishing the project outside of class. Levels are indicated in class descriptions.

July 16th - "Oceans of Fun" is the place to visit during these hot days of summer and it is very conveniently located in "Our Own Backyard". This layout showcases the Pirate Ship and Water Slides at our local water park but because these themes are universal to most water parks this layout will work great for those as well. Two title strips are included in the kit: "Oceans of Fun" and "Wet & Wild" Fun. |

Patriotic Themed Layout comes to life with sparkly "fireworks". All pieces except the puppy are pre-cut so your child will be able to easily complete the layout during class. |

"Git'Er Done " - $16 with THE 2 Scrappy Sisters |

We are all guilty of it---making tons of
layouts but never getting the pictures
on those layouts. Well, this class
is
designed to help you “get er done” the very same night you make the layout. In class you will use 8-12 pictures from the events of the previous month.( April you will use March pictures). The layouts are simple in nature so you can put the pictures on the layout and journal during the class. We will also complete a series of single page layouts that are called “Random Facts”. Our first one was random facts handwritten in white around a 4 x 6 photo in the center of the page and 2 small pictures of ourselves at different ages. (See 1st quarter samples online) At the end of the year you will have a year in review completely finished INCLUDING all the pictures showcasing events from every month of 2008 and 12 fun “Random Fact” pages about yourself. |

each month, Dana has added a second Made in Minutes
class - you can choose "rough and tumble" boy pages

"Beginner Scrapbooking" - $16 with Pam Ruth |

This class teaches basic scrapbooking
creating 2 double page layouts in each
class. One of these will be
completed in class and the other you can take home to practice on. Each layout uses basic shapes to mat your pictures in a layered form and some simple embellishments like buttons, ribbons or chipboard. We will learn some of the basics of the techniques of inking, tearing and setting eyelets & brads. Supplies needed scissors, adhesive and cutter. These supplies can be purchased at the store if you do not yet own any supplies. |
